More or less random It can vary from just seeing seconds to seeing hours. The more the user uses it, the less time in the future they sees and the more they gets lost in visions. For example, if Rogue abused Roulette all the time she could take hours fainted just to see seconds into the future, but if she used it sparingly she could see hours instantly. It's still random, but not completely. I'll use hidden D20s to represent this as best I can.
