Well, there’s multiple reasons if we’re are going to stick to canon… Some more complex than others. The first would be the divergence in history (fundamentally so) if you take danmachi lore in account. This world would be pruned, without a doubt. I wouldn’t be surprised if it were classified as a lost world. The world is so side ways that most Quantum time locks didn’t and won’t happen here. At this point you can’t even say that its inside the Human Order, even less the root (considering the rules of both worlds and its concepts don’t align). Its a conflict of existences. The second is that the power systems of the nasuverse and danmachi are wildly incompatible. Both can’t exist in the same work without changing some things or incompasing one system inside another (that’s what the author did in this fic, making Shiros powers work inside his fauna essentially abandoning how things work in fate). In honesty magic in danmachi is extremely limited, the ones granted by fauna less so but still stunted. In relation to the third magic and the world of danmachi, it can’t exist in it. Even if the things I said about the world beeing pruned are disregarded, and you consider that danmachi can exist inside the root somehow (or be connected to it, making it be the Denki of danmachi) the second magic wouldn’t be able to access it or at least work when inside it. The magic of danmachi dosnt use the concept of mystery (even when in fate terms it would be the age of gods) it’s something enherited from the spirits and them gods, its a world where the self realization of a miracle is impossible without the divine or a link to the terminals of the planet (the spirits) for the thaumaturgical keys where never made there. That of which actualizes the true magics dosnt exist there, no mortal there ever reached Denki (The root). Therefore the third magic cannot access the world of danmachi, for any world parallel to danmachi is a world where the third magic dosnt exist.
