I love the contrast in the writing. Its magnificent.
At least it did once. Now, the temple was in ruins: fractures and cracks marred the black stones, parts of the roof had collapsed, letting in ice and snow. Its tall gates were broken, as if smashed into pieces by a hand of a giant. - DreamLyNx1yrVerschickt
Everyone has mentioned that the writing quality, characters, and in this novel are incredible. That's true. So, if you're into interaction and solid development this novel is a masterpiece. But if you're like me and you're here for fast development, action, and lemons, the novel is sub par at best. It has shining moments, the lemons are great, and there's some hilarious moments (after the cringe first few chapters), but there's a lot of strategy and mind games that over shadow them and slow down the story. It's just a matter of preference. It might be your thing.
