It seems to be too much of a buff here. This Observation should be only for people like shanks or yasopp who can see 10 or 20 secs into the future. Giving 95.9 to Kizaru makes the others weaker in obv haki which is not true. Plus if you give him 96 then what will be the stats of Roger, Rocks, Joyboy and Imu.
