Why does everyone use Blue as the name for their civilization? Blue star, blue planet, blue coins?! Where is the originality?

They make it sound like being over level 30 is something special, don't people get drafted into the army at level 30? If it was an challenge to reach level 30 wouldn't the army be understaffed?

Doesn't he still have the Werewolf heart? I wonder if he will give it to a normal person and use it to awaken them, it said it has a chance to awaken a bloodline. Back in the early chapters it talked about rich family's feeding their kids potions to increase their spirit and raise their chances to awaken so that means "Items" work on normal people and we already know skills work on normal people too.

I wonder how this skill would work if he used it on a plant type monster?
