You misunderstood what Coldblooded means, it means to have no conscience, and not to have no feelings, they still have feelings and desires. And yes you're right in this case Abyss Pathway Beyonders would lose all morality and indulge in their desires, they have one of the highest if not the highest risk of losing control out of any pathway.
Well, I believe that he has some similarities to Fang Yuan, but Fang Yuan always had his goal of immortality and didn't necessarily like to play with his victims. Arthur has no real goal, currently he just wants to have his own very twisted version of fun, though they are relatively similar in terms of manipulating everyone around them.
