At twenty-five, the first wish that slipped out of Ethan Jadiel Peterson's mouth when he blew out the twenty-five tiny birthday candles was to find his mate. At first, it was a mistake, but when he fluttered his eyes open, he was shocked to see his mate. The only thing is that she is arrogant, and a pickpocket as she tries stealing from him.

It had been six months since the accident, and five months since she became a pickpocket. It caused her to be guilty at times, but when she is not on the crowded streets of Besaadi stealing, she was at her father's hospital bed begging him to forgive her sins. That was necessary because of the constant battles she had to fight, the guilt in her heart could only be kept still from consuming her by confessing to him.
Staring at the handsome man whom she had bumped on after running from a security guard a while ago, her eyes grew wilder when he introduced himself as Mr. Ethan Jadiel Peterson, the C.E.O of Richmond Gas company. That meant wealth and a quick solution to her father's hospital bills. The only thing she didn't know was how to explain it to him, thus, she stole his wallet and gold chain. Unfortunately, each time Camilla stole something from Ethan, he caught her and she returned it with a high chin and not a single bit of remorse.
The pang of anger always glistened in Ethan's eyes because he had made a wish this evening of meeting his mate as he turns twenty-five, but, he had not planned on meeting a pickpocket. His contours quickly brightened knowing that he loved her by just seeing her for the first time, Ethan knew it was time to brush Jessie__ his current girlfriend aside to be with Camilla.
