Poor girl. Imagine living in a time that thought it was a baby's fault for killing her parents and her birth date's fault for not being able to live well with a husband who is expected to take more than one wife, a few concubines and a maid or two or six.

such a sad story. a FL married to a guy that wants to punish her. Still in love even if he has a gazillion affairs in her face to make.her feel bad. ML jealous of every guy around her but dismissive of her feelings. Sex is 'punishment' and all for a misunderstanding - or more likely a plot - haven't got there yet. And I doubt if I will. Time is too short to read about slutty obnoxious guys and submissives gals

what is it about translators that they put the effort into getting pronouns right in the free chapters, and then they publish chapter after chapter of pure unedited MTL as soon as the public is paying for it... one more chapter and then I'm out - I'm sure I can read it for free elsewhere.

well... I am so disappointed. This is a decently written novel with occasional errors that don't impede understanding.The start is intriguing and had me rooting for the main couple from the beginning. I really am not a fluff fan, but after the First 100 or so chapters, misunderstandings resolved, it has become increasingly violently cruel. It really has become hard to read. reminding myself that the female protagonists of this story are between 15 and 18 years old the condoned rape and beatings have become hard for me to read. I understand revenge, but it seems that her own experience has led the FL to be kind to strangers and incredibly cruel to anyone perceived as slighting her. And doting hubby agrees. Really not for me in the end. pity. if it's ok by you it's not a bad read at all.
