After reading, putting down, picking back up, starting again at the beginning, getting distracted, starting again.... I finally finished. This book, this story, these characters. I'm not sure i can put into words much i enjoyed reading every word. To you the author i can only say, thank you.

It sounds to me that he just added up how much energy he would need to Deconstruct what items he has for that purpose and wrote it on his info page so he would know what he has to work with. So yeah I think you're right
