I just changed the sentences where Alex agreed with the father that he was in the wrong. Instead, I emphasized that no matter what he would not turn his back on his pokemon. So instead Alex is conflicted but still believes that he did the right thing. Quite a few have commented on the previous chapter so I was not sure if I should delete it. What will happen to their comments? Will they also get deleted?

That would be a spoiler :). But since its Christmas ... this war would encompass several regions and thus have multiple major battlefields. So a few legendaries including the Lords of Space and Time will descend to really hammer in the message.

This is kind of a spoiler for later but still... The master ball is currently in very early stages of development and will be involved in the evil teams storyline. There is no guarantee that this will even pan out and be able to store legendaries. Even if they are able to make the master ball later on in this fic, no poke ball will ever be strong enough to hold a legendary against its will. They can just simply break out and destroy the master ball if they wish. Does that mean it is still a master ball?

Like I mentioned in the Chapter, this is not how bonds form. Bonds will typically require both the trainer and pokemon to have an emotional connection and mutual loyalty. They will need to want to bond with each other and the bond forms because of mutual consent. However, Legendaries do not conform to the normal rules, do they? It is entirely possible that Suicune may force a bond with a human he likes and finds worthy. Maybe there is something special about Alex that even he doesn't know anything about

In this time period of the Pokemon World, no Fossil Pokemon have been discovered and thus, no one has started work on their resurrection. The Kabutops, Omastar and Aerodactyl are still trapped in Grampa Canyon. I was thinking I will explore the fossil Pokemon arc later in this story.
