Yes, armour is on the agenda, but you know, for the system to recognise something as armour, not just as clothes, it has to have some armour-like properties. Like a padded jacket won't have def stats, or will have very limited stats, it's in the next chapter. And right now, he's kind of broke, so armours and other weapons will have to wait for a while, especially since he needs an armour that won't slow him down.
