I think you have it the other way around, Goku is stronger because he is good despite his savage instincts, not that other Saiyans are weaker because they are bad, being good is so much harder for a typical Saiyan especially because their instincts make them more prone to violence which is what makes Goku so special because even though he craves the thrill of fighting he has no actual malic

Life isn't all about fighting, if someone wants to be a farmer and live a simple life for example by what reasoning does the MC have any right to judge them? Especialy because unlike him, they don't have noble blood or a rare ability, so they know that no matter how much they train they will never go past high rank.
