The novel is really interesting. I'm not normally into romance at all, but this vibe is fun! The steampunk aspects definitely contribute to why I like it a lot more than I usually would.

I thoroughly enjoyed reviewing this novel. My rating may be harsh, but I did like the writing style. Grammar and things like that were iffy, but totally readable. Definetly worth a read if you aren’t a grammar shtickler like me lmao

If I could take a half-star off of Writing Quality for the occasional grammar or spelling mistake, I would. That would be my only criticism really. However, this is way better than most content on Webnovel. GODDAMN this is good and fun and so damn entertaining. I had a great time reading this. Props to you, Dontlookdown. I think that the story is pretty good. However, I have quite a lot of gripes about the punctuation and capitalization. Sometimes, there's misspelled words. Combined with that, the characters feel a little 2D. Otherwise, it's really your run-of-the-mill webnovel of moderate writing quality and barely comprehensive story beats.

My first problem: WHERE THE HELL DID THE DISASTERS AND TOWERS COME FROM? Obviously, no explanation like most novels. Maybe in the future, they will explain it better, but for some reason I doubt it. Second issue: Where the frick do the skills come from? Third problem: How does extracting the impurities from trash equipment make it better? Trash equipment probably was made and smelted with very little care, so there are lots of traces of dirt, ash, sand, and dust. Not mentioning the possibility of other things being mixed in. How does the skill decide what is an “impurity?” And if you extract from a shoddy item, wouldn’t you remove a lot of the durability/structural integrity? When extracting impurities from objects where does the impurities go? There is no answer, but we can assume that it is into his body, just like the vitality of monsters. Clearly, the author had no way of dealing with this anf ignored it.... or did not think of this at all. Eventually the build-up of dirt and dust infused into his muscles, organs, skin, and pores would make his life hell. No he can’t just shit the impurities out; that means he can shit the strength he obtained out. Why doesn’t he extract the impurities from the people around him?
