Is there a reason that the author felt the need to make his character perv on sleeping little girls, when he has the mind of an adult male, this whole thing should have been done much differently.
The story had good potential but the MC is so blind and selfish that it loses its appeal very quickly, the summary makes a point of saying not a Tang San follower but fails to mention they demonize Tang San and everyone around him after stealing all the opportunities that were meant for San then bends over and takes it from Soul Hall like good little followers leaving everyone else out in the cold to suffer.
Just another BTTH story with a SI that steals all of Xiao Yan's opportunists and the way the story is going women as well. MC is so self absorbed with his own goals he is willing to being war to the whole world to make himself stronger as well, on top of allying with Soul Hall
While the ideas behind the story are interesting either the original story or the translation leave much to be desired the cultivation ranks are confusing as hell and the story seems to have holes in it that force the reader to fill in the gaps.
An interesting beginning however it went down hill fast and never recovered, the MC is very one dimensional and lacks depth. A MC that should be highly intelligent and cunning is nothing more than little brat that is unnecessarily brutal to everyone that wrongs him in any little way. The story is a big disappointment and is best skipped
Having read the whole story, my only true complaint is the few paragraphs at the end in which the story's end is summarized, its almost like the author ran out of ideas and chose to wrap up the story. Which was truly disappointing when there were so many things that were left unsolved/finished. Honestly the story could be double the current length and still have more to cover the world building is amazing, while the character development is a bit lacking and it would have been nice to see a bit more diversity in the characters.
The Story is a complete disappointment, the author seems to forget what the story is about at certain points and just starts a completely different story with the same main character. It starts as a Rune Magic story, then turns into a Beast Tamer story and after that changes once again and every time it is like the MC completely forgets everything they knew about the world and his friends. It is best to just skip this story and save your money
While an interesting story for the most part, a main character that takes enjoyment out of an abused orphan being bullied by a murderer, especially when said murderer is partially responsible for the murder of said orphan's parents, is completely off putting. I am not saying that the MC should outshine the Chosen One, but it would certainly be beneficial for him to make powerful connections, and sadly the path he is currently on shows him as nothing more than a revenge driven loner that will ultimately accomplish nothing.
Slaughtering pokemon for no reason is a step too far and the torture is senseless and completely unneeded as part of the story, an edit of this chapter to remove those parts would be advisable
