He has to be, only Overhaul treated her like a resource rather than a human being. So I'm assuming that the man besides her is Overhaul, based on her fear.

While I was expecting to be her, it is kinda weird that Chisaki took her to the beach. I was kinda expecting him to break into the Yakuza's compound where he would be kept in her room/cell.
