After looking back I would say around chapter 30 and especially volume one is the tester for me and I was hooked. I’m usually not into police dramas or gloomy MCs but I somehow got into it, mainly because I just wanted to see what would happen next and see them get together. The plot is crazy good. I understand if it’s not your speed tho, I would definitely check out their other book bc I was hooked like ch 2.
