Good question, this is an alternative version of the MCU. It will follow the a little closer to the Original line of movies we've all seen. But, closer to the comics so will be able to see character, that couldn't appear in the movies before. Due to the rights issue Marvel had when starting their Cinematic Universe at the beginning.

He only currently has excess to 11 transformation, as I'm currently writing this story. Most well be reviled by the end of the Battle of New York.
Ben began putting on the suit, which was a fusion of cutting-edge tech and classic vigilante aesthetics, reminiscent of Batman and Red Hood. Most of it was crafted from reinforced Kevlar, providing heat resistance and protection against bullets and blades. The helmet and gauntlets were made from a lightweight yet durable alloy Ben had developed with Brainstorm's assistance.

Character like Hulk, Spider-Man ect. Who obtained their powers through external factors can be considered a type of genetic mutation. So now he can't turn into the Hulk, unless he finds away to remove that fail safe himself
Besides, the Omnitrix was bonded to my DNA. It had to be; that's how it worked. It captured and stored the DNA of the aliens in its database, but my own DNA was locked in there too, keeping me human no matter how long I stayed transformed. So, while I could see the dangers, I doubted I'd end up stuck as one of the aliens. Still, my little theory wasn't exactly comforting.

I turned to a large broken mirror, gaining a better view of my new form which wasn't as scary as imagined it to be in real life. Well that could be because of the transformation itself, changing my thinking on how I currently viewed myself.
