telekinesis also teka efort, let's think of a character with super strenght(and surability these two walk hand to hand) you have teleknesis and have to hold them, you can throw him alway but to restric their moviment your teleknesis need to be stronger then their super strenght, yeah telekinesis is an op power, but normaly when you have a lot of powers interact normaly would have restriction, by exemple haki that can protect you from the direct effect of other powers (law can't forcibily teleport people with haki stronger then his)
