The clones are independent to the weapon skills, not the weapon itself. They all wield the same weapon and armor as when the clone spell/skill is cast. Some clones can use skill/spell, some clones don't. In Jack's Magic clone/double clone case, they can use the skills and weapon skills as well, but their cooldown is shared. If one clone use Overlimit, the other can't anymore. They have to wait until the cooldown is over.

I am still undecided about 98 or 99. For sure he is more powerful than a regular eternal, but not at devil's level. Anyway, I will put his level in the story during his main (final?) confrontation.
Therras and Spark also took action. The battle resumed again. Members of the Council of Elpo fought the high-level demons. Honuren also acted. He went and assisted Tetsuo in fighting Dajja. Actually, I'm using the superior acceleration as a base for measuring the time this all is happening, but now after rereading it. I suppose it should be a bit more than that. Playing with time is truly complicated lol Xp
