Who is Rab?

Couldn't continue after chapter 20 or so. So far hasn't even mentioned the name Harry Potter, which seems weird when they are supposed to be in same grade. Also had ancient runes in 1st year suddenly without explanation. Very little character development. Could have better potential and maybe it gets better but won't be continuing.

like it mostly so far will stop for a little while to allow for more chapters, would like for her wizard bloodline to be increased like her sisters. Also hope Draco gets it he is annoying me more here then the original books. also wouldnt't mind harry suffering a bit for being an idiot
