Wouldn’t it actually be 780,000? If you add 100,000+30%+500%=780,000. That’s the stats translated from percentage to whole numbers. Type it in a calculator and you’ll come up with the same results 100,000+30,000=130,000+650,000= 780,000. So his total power should be 780,000

It’s not “diamonds in the sand”, the saying is actually “ looking for diamonds in the rough”.
