I would prefer you continue instead of starting over. The flashbacks and exposition through dialogue is enough. The joy of a Fan Fiction is you don’t need to dive too deep into everything in your story because your readers already have the base knowledge from Canon sources.

I think Everyone’s Pokémon would need a break so it would have to wait a couple days. In addition, there has been a lot of battle lately so I wouldn’t object if the Battles were quick summaries Instead of blow by blow descriptions.
