Arthur and Moody seemed to both be stopped in their tracks whereas Tonks gawked at his appearance. Oz was fully dressed up in the clothing Alfreda had made him and considering the detail and how well made it was along with his 'handsome' face, it was enough to give a girl like Tonks pause. As for little Norberta she was growing rather fast. The room that Merlin had in his hideout that was perfect for dragons seemed to promote growth. Oz even noticed recently that her vocabulary was increasing, she also stopped referring to Oz as 'Papa' and instead as 'Oz'. When Oz first heard her do this a tear slid down his face as he realised Norberta was entering her 'rebellious' phase early.
