*Thee -> the
Good drawing and I loved the art. Thee character has no new dimension and in depth. And the story is kind of new but still cliché in a lot of part. But still I have no idea what the female lead is doing. Does she have her own life? Rather than revolving around a man who literally did a serious operation which also has a high chance for making him paralyzed for a life time when his loved one had been kidnapped. Can't he hire professionals and just keep an eye on them? I don't understand why but it reminds of the dumb prince in the story of Beauty and the Beast who opens the door of a castle on his own and gets cursed by a witch. LOL. Second thing, he loves her and she loves him that doesn't mean he can run away from his responsibilities but anyway it's a choice he makes I don't wanna put my nose into it. He is still childish and SIMP ALERTT!!
I have read this book completely. It's amazing. I am a big fan of the Gao Ran. Her character development is really good. Height doesn't matter, sexuality doesn't matter, social status doesn't matter, color doesn't matter, love is love and nobody has the right to look down upon others for who they are. That's what all the characters try to convey. We should be independent and beautiful in our own way. I like the morals upheld by the writer.
I simply like the simplicity of the art. A girl who lost her colours and is hopeless about her creativity (reasons are left to the thoughts of readers) kind of depression I guess. She was forcefully signed up for a big event of painting an old wall by her friend to relieve her. There she meets a guy and they talk about the work to be finished. Our life also remains as the unpainted wall. This has a lot to tell we also feel uncreative, demotivated and unrealistic but the result shall be losing our own colours. Names are of given no importance as this is only about a relationship between the two. It might be short or long but the time they spent together brings her colours back. But tbh the drawing was sometimes hard to detect.
