Look up the studies for corporal punishment and the outcomes. This is the only way we can deem for it to be suitable or not. Not your own anecdotal experience with it. And the studies are not in your favour. It's ****ed up and stupid. There are more effective ways of punishing minors. You may also be deluded into thinking it was a good thing so please seek help from a therapist cuz this shit ain't right.
