Naming her anything but Naruto doesn't really make sense. Naruto means whirlpool or a topping on ramen, something that represented the Uzumaki greatly. Besides, Minato and Kushina wanted to name their child after the main character in 'Tales of a Gutsy Ninja,' who was named Naruto.

In fact, as much as he hated to say it, females were biologically weaker than males, and even if they had better chakra control that did not make up the difference in chakra amounts. And he knew where the fan-girl mindset came from, too. Civilians were usually accepted into the academy because if they could be trained in chakra techniques, it would make the next generation have more potential. And in a army force of only around 20,000 that could die at anytime, the number of soldiers was crucial.

Going down the stairs, she entered an eerie room that was barely lit. She stared in awe at the scrolls that piled high on the shelves. Going over to one, she picked up the scroll and read it out loud. "Shadow Clone Jutsu, huh. Seems lame." And tossed it aside. Pulling out another one, "Edo Tensei, sounds like something an idiot would do." Somewhere in the Land of Rice, a creepy man with pale skin and bad eyeliner sneezed along with his ash-grey-haired apprentice. Pulling out another scroll, "Flying Thunder God? What kind of narcissistic idiot names a jutsu this, isn't there something cool here?" Again, somewhere in the Shinigami's belly, a man with yellow hair and a handsome face cringed.

Athena was famous in Greek Mythology for being the best weaver, so I'm comparing her hair to a beautiful spool of wool. If you want to know more go read the ancient myth of Arachne.
Naruto turned around only to see herself in the mirror and almost gasped. Her old bright, blonde hair was now long silky threads of gold like they were spun by Athena herself. Her face was flushed with vitality and energy and her skin seemed to glow with health. Her lips were a ruby red that was more tempting than even the most devious of a succubus. And her previously blue eyes were now the brightest of blues that put the skies and seas to shame.

Pretty much, I thought cultivating would be powerful enough and she didn't need senjutsu, plus I like to think they would be like oil and water, unmixable.
"Once you draw in the natural energy, run the chakra through your body in the way the diagram at the bottom of this page shows. This pattern will unlock your tenketsu points, strengthen the chakra veins, and expunge your body of impurities so it is fit to cultivate. So it is recommended to do it by a lake or some source of water you can clean yourself with. The tenketsu points opened through this way will be the size of a chopstick, compared to a needle. Once you complete this, you can move on. If you have already unlocked your tenketsu and chakra veins, then you can move onto the next step because you can only use your own chakra for cultivation. Someone who uses natural chakra can still unlock their own chakra, but it will be much different from others who haven't. It will be a more greenish-blue compared to the regular blue of chakra. But it won't be the pure green that senjutsu, or natural energy, is. Another fact is, someone who cultivates will not be able to sense natural energy, because their body is attuned to natural chakra." Naruto closed the book and set it aside.

That's kinda what I was going for, I really liked Irregular at Magic Highs school, (Second intro was dope) and I hated that a ton of people bashed it for Tatsuya and Miyuki's relationship.
Then, there was Rhino. The person she was warned of, was a tall man that had cropped silver hair and dangerous yellow eyes. He was muscular and appeared to be able to manipulate his chakra to form barriers. He used these to do various things, like using it to tackle his opponent, and then strengthen his fist to destroy his opponent in one punch. She still winced from the person when she thought of it, everyone had heard the sickening crack when Rhino smashed his opponent's chest. It was said he was soon moving to the Chunin tournament.

It isn't about the amount. I like to think that each person has a certain amount of strength in their chakra. Like how a Rasengan using Naruto or a Tailed Beasts chakra would be more powerful than using Sakura's chakra. And following this theory, since the Third is so old, his chakra just does not have the vitality that it once did, making it unfit for a high-level technique like the shadow clone.
"Alright Naruto, I forgive you for taking the book, but I must warn you. Never share this technique with others. You are very special, this special thing allowed you to have much stronger chakra veins and tenketsu. Unfortunately, if regular people tried what you did they would most likely end up crippled if not dead." Naruto blanched at this. And she was thinking her Jiji could live longer if she gave it to him, and Iruka could finally make Jonin. Hiruzen, as if reading her thoughts, chuckled, "Don't worry little Naruto-Chan, this old man still has plenty of time left on this earth. I have to keep this hat warm for you, don't I?" This instantly cheered Naruto back up and she quickly nodded yes. "Now onto the next reason, I called you here. You can't pass the academy." Naruto's mouth flew upon and her eyes started tearing up, as her face morphed into a kicked puppy expression, it hurt Hiruzen's soul. "You will never have enough chakra control to do any basic academy jutsu, unfortunately, except for the replacement technique. But I have a solution. The first is a different kind of clone, the shadow clone. Unlike its forbidden counterpart, the multi-shadow clone jutsu. The shadow clone is not forbidden and can be used to help you advance your chakra control. The shadow clones allow you to keep the memories stored inside of them, unlike the multi-shadow clone jutsu, which makes studying and anything non-physical related much faster and easier. The only downside is that the technique is limited to only five clones. And the more chakra you put into them, the more memories they retain and the more intelligent they are. I would use shadow clones for paperwork, but unfortunately, my chakra has dwindled with my old age so they are no longer intelligent enough to do it without making any mistakes. I would recommend sending a high-powered shadow clone to the academy on days you don't have to spar." Hiruzen pulled out a scroll and handed it to Naruto. "And the second technique will be very important to you. This a high-powered transformations technique that costs over ten times the amount of chakra upkeep. This technique is usually only allowed to people who are Jonin and above going on an infiltration mission, but I'll make an exception due to your.. unique circumstances." Naruto accepted the second scroll before hugging the Hokage and thanking him repeatedly like it was a mantra. "Yes, now scurry away, I want you to take this hat away from me soon, I'm not getting any younger."
