It is. Though I really don't understand the reason for giving CT to members, especially to ppl like Rimuru or Ainz who are totally way above this world's level. Both of them contain skills that can allow them to speed blitz this world, especially Ainz with his instant death spells. But oh well, maybe the author got an idea? Still, definitely not a good choice knowing these characters themselves possess too many skills already. Enhancing them would have helped in writing than adding new stuff that is probably forgotten in later chapters.
