Just binged the story this past weekend and you definitely haven’t lost your touch! The chapter flowed well and it felt like you never left.

I’m shocked it needs so much exp to level up since the thief leveled up so much faster than ranger and fighter

The comma after: thing, didn’t

…And we aren’t even sure *if what the Despoina could did to that thing didn’t make it immune… Remove unnecessary comma and change that to if in order to make the sentence more grammatically accurate I believe

Elf’s curse? I’m guessing elves are natures favored children so alcohol and other poisons affect them for a much shorter time span so our mc’s blood might only last half as long

He has gotten a ton of exp from these quests compared to the thief class so I’m guessing that the monster kills provide more exp for the classes than we realized. That fighter class took ages to level up compared to thief but this ranger class might take just as long with the way things are going

As wild as that would be I do prefer the route of subtle acknowledgement with more internal monologues than outright and straightforward dialogue in something as huge as this. A knowing smile and a wink for the biggest life stuff and clear communication on the minute details make for a greater story to read in my humble opinion
