The settings are similar to hunter/gates stories, with the only difference that the MC does not start weak. He has background, skills and only lacks time. I will describe it a bit later on that story. For now, it is just about making metal resonate on their frequency naturally. You could do that with science, but it would require you to determine the frequency of each metal, which is super hard to do. The Kinzoku clan can do it instinctively, with chakra :P Pretty cool, huh? At least it has a lot of potential. For now it is just B-rank because the people using it can only display up to jonin level power, but with a bit of thinking, MC should be able to evolve that skill into a higher ranked skill eventually
