I call bull, he could've given his friend strength to overcome it but he instead held it by himself. He could've given his friend and the others in prison hope. His skills were Learning and Vision, using it on others can help him guide the others to a hopeful future instead he narrows his eyes only to himself. I don't pity him at all.

I blame this one on the MC, he could've helped his friend only teaching him the breathing techniques so he can give him hope at the very least. I'd like to say this is the MC being very selfish. I'm okay with him being a selfish guy but this is just being petty, not giving your friend a way out is something you should be ashamed of yourself. Tbh, if he taught Harold the breathing skill I bet this wouldn't have happened. He could even train a few others and change their life maybe influencing the whole center.

He is Ruthless to Beasts, he'll kill them if they have a slight killing intent to others, since he needs a justification to kill "sentient" beings to level up. Apethetic might be the wrong word. I'd say stoic was what I was trying to convey.

This novel is really good, the main character is a ruthless and apathetic guy, he's not a simp and a guy who only thinks with his balls. But he is definitely reckless and may become annoying due to nationalistic tendencies later on.

I thought he can buy skills from the system why didn't he use it? He was so close to death so many times and he didn't even think of spending his skill points, what a greedy guy.

It looks like we've learned a lesson for today and it's "kill it first before doing a flashback/monologue"

I hope that if the MC gets strong enough he's gonna beat Belmand all day. That's all I'm asking for. Ohhh and make sure to add a Skill so that Belmand can't get away from him.

I'm not gonna ask for a Perfect MC but, all I'm asking for is Woodcutting. And a lot of it.

Hmmmmm, he should really change his sentence, I mean with his Body if he doesn't break those laws 'he should just go and die.' That sounds so much better to me, meh, it's still early so it's fine. Thanks for the Chapter.
