how would he even learn alchemy from Molly. its one of the hardest subjects to study in the wizarding world and of the people that do alchemy we only really know about 2 of them which is Dumbledore and Nicolas Flamel, so it's hard to believe that an Alchemist like Molly would be a stay at home mom, struggling for money and live a very average life considering she chose to study Alchemy.

I am so confused why he makes it sounds like repairing is a rare ability to do. I mean everyone in hogwarts learns it and even Hermione could perform it before starting her first year by fixing Harry's glasses. Besides wouldn't people report an 11 year old boy doing magic outside of school considering that it's illegal to do so?

it must be a shift of 3, cause the first phrase is shifted into Lola's Life, and the entire thing is shifted into Lola's Life, fate's tisi, dances ueend, tiom shikcs. so the other 3 phrases are anagrams

Well, the number of people living in Gotham City is around 10 million in comics. This is larger than New York City with almost 9 Million people. Since new york City is quite dense, the city covers 300 sq miles. As they are in similar populations, and the population density is similar (based on the building architecture), Gotham should only be slight larger than NYC at maybe around 330 sq miles. If Gotham is 800 sq miles, this can only be possible if majority of the buildings are abandoned or every has large amounts of land. This could however work if if the architecture was similar to London which is around 650 Sq miles, but that is due to building beings lower height meaning people had to built more houses away from the center. But as States before, the architecture resembles NYC more than London, so therefore the size mentioned would not make sense.
