I disagree, all the things as been at comfortable pace without skipping essential parts, just summarizing it would ruin the great storytelling

Hands down one of the best starts to a novel I’ve read in a LOOOOOOOOOONG f#%king time, the cover was very confusing and I would have just dissmissed it if I wasn’t so bored.

Personally I quite like the parts where he reflects on himself, great authors make time for those moments and while your novel started of way to info dump heavy it getting better for each chapter, Ps I love the world building

This novel has some strong points and some weaker ones but I’d like to point out the attention to world building, it’s actually ok... which is rare

The part where she was shocked over the weight thing was a bit to forced, it didn’t feel like something to be surprised about but rather easy to figure out.

Yeah I feel the same, plus it’s delivered in a rather awkward manner...

So... all the wives as flaws, and strong points... yes yes, thier more emotional humans right? Then it makes sense that thier strengths are amplified as well as weakness! (In thier emotional state and personalities)

Take it one step at a time, you’re doing good so far, to much will bore the readers with exposition and to little willl confuse the readers with a lack of knowledge but you’ve struck a nice balance so far!
