yeah there's a reason danzo never used it on hiruzen to become hokage cause it's easily detected ao someone who's not a hyuga and with just one transplanted eye was able to detect it so pretty much everyone from the hyuga clan would be able to see the genjutsu and get it undone unless danzo decides to massacre the hyuga clan but if he even tries to do that konoha would get a civil war from the other clans and the ninja as a whole the Uchiha massacre was different cause they were trying to rebel and itachi was the one to do it but there would be no reason to kill the hyuga so danzo using the kotoamatsuki would never happen the most he would do is use it on someone outside the villiage like mofune but even that was instantly discovered
