That's the thing about powers like these, there are so many ways to make him OP very fast without restrictions. Like....since he cant increase his cursed energy, why not make himself the perfect container for sukuna that wont be mind controlled no matter what..... form there he can give himself the attribute to be immune to death, sealing. Then he'll only have one attribute change left to be used for fighting, the others can be kept forever.

If you change already established powers, at least give a logical reason in-story.

Previously, stuff like this used to bother me, but now that i;ve matured as a reader, I dont really care. As long as he doesn't go telling everyone that their actually in a manga or something.....that'd be stupid.
