Constance ended up in heaven because she's innocent and didn't do anything wrong. That, and the fact that she's not a demoness because of generation skip. Lucy might go to heaven too, huge possibility because she's faultless too. I don't think it depends on their nature but on their choices, just like how Rafael returned to heaven despite having lived as a demon for a while.
