But then wouldn't the shadow be depended on the planet and its size and density? As such even if a star is large or bright it wouldn't make a difference in the appearance and size of the shadow?
(Review made at 280ish chapter so expect it to be outdated quite quickly spoiler free btw) I've caught up with the series and personally my opinions are mixed at the moment, while I loved the first volume and how the MC acted with the *Non specific plot twist*, with how the author managed to create an amazing and quite realistic world setting and again with how creatively suspense was created and dare I say.... good cliff hanger were made! But.... The second volume. For me personally its been a letdown. While the quality of writing from the author has been maintained and even improved in many aspects the MC itself has well not become an MC anymore? He's become what feels quite literal to the title of a slave. That is to say he feels to not be the focus of the story at many points. I do feel this is a personal issue though of coming in with differing expectations than what the story set out to be. As such though it may be an issue to many, to me it isn't a reason to dislike the story. With all that considered the only real issue I saw was how gruelingly slow the story became though this seems to have improved in the recent chapters. Overall rating of 3.8 Writing quality 4/5- Little to none spelling or grammatical mistakes.(Though take it with a grain of salt English is my second language) Stability of Updates 5/5- I mean I've only recently caught up as such from my perspective their as consistent as can be. Story development 2/5- Reasons mentioned above but short version, Mc doesn't feel like an MC and until recently the story was moving very slowly, Character Design 4/5- Every major character feels fleshed out and considered in the bigger picture, with a unique personality to boot. World Background 4/5- One of the best aspects of this story, the world feels real, alive and well thought with an interesting power system. Final thoughts? An amazing story that should be appreciated on this website and should not receive blind hate from individuals who may disagree with the stories more unique points.
except a start wouldn't cast a shadow since it illuminates in a full 360?
No in one of the previous chapters it was explicitly stated in the explanation of his flaw that he must answer any question truthfully otherwise he will experience increasing pains until he does.
Yellowish? So the forbidden snow that happens to taste like lemonade?
Ngl this guy ain't lying, that's a short and decent enough description of 80% of the important parts of the chapter.
Hear me out author, you've told us this a goof 20 times I think i got it
So like what happened this chapter? I read through the whole thing and it could have boiled down to 3 or 4 paragraphs of people not happy but getting the idea of whats going on.
Im calling its gonna be a draw and create a massive rivalry that will continue through many volumes of this book
I love this story. Simple as that. But since the beginning of the 5th volume the story has been dragging on and on. It's been a good 240ish chapters since its beginning and we're at the start of volume 6 now (at least for the 'free' chapters) and I can honestly tell you about 1 major arc that lasted a good 70 chapters that I consider actually progressing the plot while keeping the story interesting. Besides that, and a few other chapters I could honestly consider 150 of these chapters filler waste that no-one will truly remember.
