Its possible for the easy ones, but calling them out makes them stronger.

by treating well you mean ignoring all of their problems then yes. She did treat them well. She gave them a home, food and clothes. most gods are at least Low Ultimate, like pillar houses in the Devil Faction, thays just a thing around the whole world. Some factions have many gods, its not like all of them can fight, just like not all Devils can fight. The hindu Pantheon is special, they have millions od gods/devas. Gods as a species, so most of those are high class
Most gods were actually in the Low to Mid Ultimate Class. Unless you count the Hindu Mythology. Many of them were just Peak High Class.
