I had to stop writing for a couple weeks due to health problems. I'm back now though and I just wrote a chapter for my original novel. I'll be uploading a new chapter for this over the weekend so stay tuned for that.

To my knowledge, yes, the Emperor of Man is a Perpetual. It's unclear however if he would revive when he dies however, this is because Malcador, who was also a Perpetual, did die and hasn't come back; as far as I know anyway. There is speculation that the Emperor would revive as a Warp Entity, in a similar vein to the Chaos Gods, after his death due to all the humans who worship him.
