as far as I know there are several other Main Branch members, it's that every children that is sired from Main Branch member, only one among the children of 2 parents is allowed to be Main Branch Member

Their introductions went just as in the original story. The only change was that Naruto spoke a bit about Fujin while Sasuke didn't have the burden of reviving his clan. He just wanted revenge on Itachi.

Helping Each Other
