Soso, take my pain away
Casual sexism - Check Impossibly calm mc - Check Powers and abilities that magically appear for MC without being properly explained - Check All the ingredients for an immature Chinese novel.….
Facts. And for a story that is about MC being max-leveled, you seem like you really need it MC. Take it.
Illogical. Obvious plot plant to make MC look good.
Facts, author is not chained by common sense
The story is a good one. Great in all aspects. World-building is careful and elaborate. The characters are three-dimensional, with a delicate balance between suspense and reasoning. You can see that the author knows what he is doing. However, there are two reasons why I cannot give this story five stars. One, is that in the name of being mysterious and unpredictable, the story often ends up in the realm of unrealistic. The author creates fantastic and convoluted plots that are so complex and so difficult that only plot armor ends up seeing the protagonist through. The second issue is tied to the first. The power gap between the protagonist and the main antagonists in the story is so vast that it is untenable to think of a scenario where the protagonist wins. This is interesting because most times, with game transmigration stories, it is the opposite. Here, it would do a lot of good if the protagonist had or will gain more power as the story progresses, not even in allies or resources, tools or weapons, but in their personal ability itself. This is due to the nature of the antagonists. They seem infallible and impossible to beat, and without corresponding power, I’m afraid the story will simply become an exercise in plot armour. Allies can be made to betray and tools are ineffective against them. More than once already, the author has created impossible situations and had to create miracles just to provide a believable resolution. A story cannot continue this way. Not a good story at least. Author, you can do better, so do better.
Beautiful writing, had hoped that he had more than tricks because they are the most predictable path for the story. To make it more realistic, it might be a good idea to power him up to at fight with multiple void sovereigns on equal footing
SPOKEN LIKE A BOSS
William…brother, I don’t really see a way outta this. Do you? Because if you do I would appreciate a breakdown, it’s five against two and they are all apparently stronger than you, now is the time for hidden cards.
Can’t lie, this whole chapter… it was like nothing was said
