Fun fact, I had planned on this dimensional thinning event to happen before TheDeathGod mentioned the 28-day cycle that I at first had no clue what it was until I googled it. Unfortunately, it doesn't have much to do with the barriers between the living and the dead, it has to do with the idea that in order to fully understand a haunting you must investigate for a full 28 days. But that did lead to me remembering the phrase "The Witching hour" and doing some googling led to this idea.

What would the race evolutions be though considering the specializations are already kind of a different race of ghosts, so they can't be used or it would be weird in my opinion.

without spoiling anything, I do plan on allowing him to change specializations every so many levels. if you have any ideas for new specializations or even different abilities for current specializations let me know. idk how evolution would work if you wanna expand on it, ill consider it.

I planned only ones in the immediate vicinity cause he absorbs that fear. but maybe I might do a small increase for viewers because first, the distance would be huge, and second a viewer on TV wouldn't be as scared as a person experiencing it would be.

thank you for the love. I've always wanted to read a story like this too. I decided to write it exactly because of that. I read somewhere online that if you want to read something but can't find it then write it yourself, so I did. also don't worry there will eventually be action and without spoiling anything let me just say he is kinda op already. not gonna say anymore but if you can guess how he is op, ill give you a cookie LOL.
