Ask Garp
No. Law's Devil Fruit is essentially God's Operating Table. it turns the area into an operating Room that God can use and every effect it has is nonlethal. It can also be resisted using Haki. If Vergo was cut with that DF ability, then he would not actually have been harmed even if bisected.
Oh dang, that. That was a while ago. I think I was referring to a story that was originally a giant crossover, a hundred times weirder than this story. Then my brother wanted to try and make a comic of it, so I changed all the fanfiction parts to original parts. But he never got back to me on that, so I didn't continue it. At some point I might start up and write that story. Imagine a crossover set in a Galaxy that incorporates every single Anime and a bunch of other things. The MC would have the Force and Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, his GF would essentially be Gaige the Mechromancer from Borderlands 2, he would have a Pikachu as a side kick, they would join the Hero Association and the Hunter Association, then they would use the Grappler Spaceship from Outlaw Star to travel the Galaxy, fight Gundams, Evil Jedi, Transformers, and Pirates, and find the equivalent of the One Piece. Yeah, that one might be a little too ambitious at the moment.
Exactly. The writer of One Piece rarely shows high level Haki attacks that are not used against high level Haki defenses, so the actual damage those attacks are capable of is rarely displayed. Garp and Roger's fight with Rocs destroyed the entire island that they fought on. With Nen on top of that, Garp could definitely fight Nappa. Haki should have an attribute to allow it to penetrate defenses, so Nappa's Ki would not prevent damage, while Nappa's Ki Attacks should be something Garp's Haki can defend against. If Garp had access to Nen, I imagine hes Nen strength would on Netero's level. Imagine Netero's hundred arm Buddha statue and every one of its attacks used Galaxy Fist? It would be a tough fight against the 18,000 power level Vegeta, but against the 4000 power level Nappa, Nen-Powered Garp would smash him to paste.
Kinda, but more like Yumichika Ayasegawa's sword. He is the one who calls his sword by a name it hates to release a weaker version. So it will have a complete version, and several weaker versions with lesser requirements for the release state. And will also be capable of evolution, continuously incorporating everything into it to make it stronger.
You mean the Sith reincarnated into Harry Potter thing? Still pending. The main issue is that, after leaving Earth and coming to Coruscant, I can't think of anything he'd do besides screw with Palpatine. I could just make the entire series after that him messing with Palpatine. Maybe have him train up Vader's kids as his own apprentices, but other than that, it lacks a driving force of plot at the moment. I'm still adding to it whenever I think of something. I'm also tempted to add Min In Black into the series. That way the MC can go from Hogwarts, to Men in Black, to the Star Wars Galaxy.
Know this, we do not. Test him, we must. Against Yoda, we will.
I don't understand why most Self-Inserts just use the Memory Charm on Voldemort during the first year. It's fine if they haven't learned it, but for the ones who have, they could turn Voldemort into a vegetable or at least erase the knowledge of Horcruxes so he would not notice them going missing.
As a 'God of Destruction,' it is safe to assume that Beerus's strength comes more from the conceptual rather than muscle mass and Ki Quantity. And yes, the game will have ended long before the Buu saga. All worlds are in the same universe, but there are barriers. So the DBZ Universe, the Star Wars Universe, and the MCU Universe are all in the same universe, but separated by barriers. Because of this, they won't be the same size as canon. So the DBZ Universe is not Universe 7 run by Whis and Beerus. There is no God of Destructiion, and Frieza and his brother are considered the strongest life forms in their corner of the Universe. I'm debating having Frieza visit the Hunter Planet after the barriers fall and get wrecked by random existences in the Dark continent.
Not quite. The Water thing is basically Nature saying, "I HATE YOU!" This will have greater consequences at higher levels. The Water Curse is like a rejection of disgust from the point of view of the Universe. At low levels this doesn't mean anything, but at higher levels, like Conceptual levels, there will be consequences to being a Devil Fruit User that have nothing to do with bodies of water. This will be explored when I do the Devil Fruit thing to Rayleigh's Kyber Crystal, since the Force is also a part of the Universe. It can of course be overcome.
Only if he couldn't figure out a way to elevate his life form status without one. I did call it the Adaptive Body Classes, so having the potential to adapt and elevate their lifeform status, even manually would make sense.
Oh dam, you're right. Since Devil Fruits are basically Canned-Evolution, that's exactly how it should work. A bit late to add that now, but it will work if I add that to the awakened state. So after a Devil Fruit user awakens, they will be considered a higher life form and the quality of the Nen will spike. Yep. That works.
Hmm. This is a fair point and actually gives me a few ideas. The Dark Continent has higher quality life-forms with a higher quality of life force, so they have access to stronger Nen than humans do. So...... If a human was able to raise the quality of their life force, wouldn't that heavily amplify their Nen? hmm... ideas ideas.
Yeah, basically I'm going to Nerf the mechanism behind energy attacks against matter. I'll state that in the DB part of the universe, matter is saturated with Ki, and a Ki attack causes a reaction with the existing Ki which amplifies the explosion. Without that amplification, the damage of an energy attack is just equal to how many punches worth of energy are used. If a character can punch a planet to pieces, then fine, but even Frieza gets exhuasted after fighting for hours, so I doubt he has enough energy to punch a planet to pieces. There will be scenes were Frieza leaves the DB Space and tries to blow up planets, and it wont work. The same nerf is going to be applied to the Death Star. The Death Star laser comes from a big Kyber Crystal, so it is a Force based attack that interacts with the Force in the planet. But outside the Star Wars Galaxy, there will barely be any Force, so the Empire's Super Weapon won't do anything. It will be fun when the Frieza Corps battle the Star Wars Empire.
No. The curse comes from the world against the fruit, not the water. The condition is to be in standing water, or water that does not change in height. Put him in a barrel of fresh water or a river will have the same effect.
Bogard (guy in the hat for those who dont know) would be an excellent teacher, if it weren't for the fact that babysitting Garp is already a full-time job.
Yeah, it is explained a bit in the next paragraph, but those restrictions don't apply when used against someone who owes him a debt or someone who works for someone who owes him a debt. Yes, he can tell. For example, if someone who owes Rayleigh a debt hires an assassin to kill him, the Force will inform Rayleigh of the connection, allowing Rayleigh to kill the man, even if the man does not owe him a debt or harm him.
I'm divided on it. I figured out a way to mix HP/ Star Wars/ and Men In Black, and considered if it was worth it to add the MIB to the story or not.
