Perhaps bc the MC deemed it a fruitless task. Since only a few people have learned it even in JJK with how complex it is. Since the MC didn’t seem to inherit his bodies talent it would be like someone ordinary trying to become an Olympic champion, not 100% impossible but very unlikely. I feel like it was implied so many times to emphasize the fact that he can not use the power as freely as the origina can. People say the MC is nerfed too much but I feel like isn’t that bad. But I kind of do agree that some characters are kind of just OOC. This ends my PHS essay. Thank you Thank you 🙏
