If you like The Legendary Mechanic, you probably will enjoy this one. Pity though after chapter 40, it's mtl. Just like TLM, imo this kind of novel is boring when the story is focusing too much with the npc protagonist solo adventure, when actually the best part about this kind of novel is the players.

Boring, it can't keep me entertain. Too much info bomb, reading all of that is a headache. My preference and yours may differ, so read it yourself instead of reading my review.

too much info dump. too much inner thoughts. narration is often in a roundabout way with no ends of it, repeating the same thing over and over again. too many time skip ends up to age inconsistencies and bad character development.

If you want to read novel that focus on telling about pet/pet shop/pet evolution, this novel isn't recommended.I read 300 chapters, only 1 side character evolved his beast and had a second beast.

the plot hole in this novel is deep as abyss, it;s so deep that even abyss won't bother to look back at you. this is how the story goes 1. MC: I need STRENGTH! 2. got a little bit strength 3. act cocky, because he got cheat to fight higher lvl 4. beaten up badly 5. breakthrough in the middle of battle, and win 6. someone he kill have strong backer etc. 7. defeat his enemies 8. regret how much he lost 9. back to number 1

i don't want to argue with you about sect, and how disciple die,there's no end of it, and you reply about the "nurture" part instead of the main problem, my comment point is about how MC skip mission level, first, it's clearly a plot to show off. second, it doesn't make any sense,

It's a foundation, you can't just learn something good in an instant, not everyone in outer sect is a protagonist. trash skills and trash resources for outer disciples and you didn't even know the reason behind that? how many cultivation novel that you've read? 1? and this is the novel? your playtime is too low, ferguso...

The Legendary Mechanic but Yu-Gi-Oh, almost everything the protagonist(Yuei Vu) do is exact copy of TLM protagonist(Zero), but worse. So many info bomb just for a single card, I doubt a non YGO fan will try to read this novel, so it comes to the fan but I doubt they will love to read a whole essay about how Pot of Greed is good for your deck.

Bro, when this novel still new like a newborn baby, author didn't have any plan with Yu An, she supposed to be a side character, and nothing important. Later, when reader demand that MC eat his mother too, author decided to give her a name. And start did some rework on old chapter.

well, you won't go to jail if you're strong. but, there is such a thing as jail for criminal or evil person in cultivation world.
