It reduced the number of skills on Valyr's skill sheet by a decent amount, that's for sure But keep in mind that there's still more forms for Valyr to unlock through [Four Paths Azure War Arts] aside from Unfettered Spear

Yeah, cache problem. Just reset the app and it would fix itself.
