Obligatory spoiler warning Novel starts of great, and is a very fun read. Unfortunately, around halfway through the mc befriends an extremely powerful existence, and gets effectively carried for the rest of the novel. The stakes are always low because their powerful friend can oneshot whatever enemy they face. Additionally, this novel has one of the worst endings I’ve ever read. events that should have taken up at least 200 chapters gets stuffed into 11 chapters. I legit wanted to erase all memory I had of this novel after reading that ending.

Wym no? It’ obvious that they’r never going to betray him. How hard would it be for his mother to take him to a super op place for like 2 sec, let him sign in, and then immediately bring him back?
