Uugh, I've read this novel on another website (without this weird Mc name) and I must say the author initially did a good job at writing the story, but then he put the cart before the horse and made the story boring by making it exciting. Earlier battles are fine, but now the author has started to describe the battles in great detail with very narrow and hard fought victories. However he overdid it. There are so many back and forths with countless narrow moves and multiple chapter long battles I got annoyed with the fake tension and got bored in the middle of the battle, as it broke my immersion and made the tense battle unbelieveable. It is like adding jokes to a story, getting positive feedback and then telling the same jokes over and over again and adding pages long analyses of the jokes. If a battle takes long you don't need to describe every move in great detail and the author even makes the plot worse just to boost the enemies to a level where he the protagonist is just 0,01% stronger than the enemy.

I'm not sure whether this novel has been translated with MTL or not, because when I translate the raws with MTL the translation is way better than this. Is this caveman speak or what?

This novel is just trash. I'm only at chapter 5 and already there are many issues. 1. The protagonist is stupid. He is greedy for progress and careless, taking completely unneeded risks. Additionally he has one skill and and hesitates to put his points into it in a life and death situation. I would say he is as intelligent as my 10 year old self. Truly pathetic. 2. The system is already inconsistent. He suddenly has more energy points than in the last chapter. I repeat, this was chapter 5. 3. There is zero world-building. Only his room, sister and brother get a description, everything else just is. He way as well live in a world made out of cardboard. Conclusion: I have read better novels I have rated 1 star. This is a zero star novel. At least it in a fantasy setting and likely won't have racism. Making it a part of the bottom 1% of novels I've read, but not a contender for worst novel ever. I bet 20 bucks most, if not all, of those 5 star reviews are bought.

If you want a trash author pumping out multiple trash chapters per day (like it is common on this site) then go elsewhere.

Should have given 1 star, racism and propaganda always deserves 1 star.

This novel is total mess. It starts with a good premise, though with a retarted Junior Sister. I guess before her regression something injured her soul and permanently crippled her IQ or something, because she would have been a smarter 10 year old if she wasn't a regressor. Then even this premise gets ruined. What made this novel good gets thrown away for increasingly random plotlines. Then even the setting gets ruined and unfitting plots get introduced. Imagine a realistic novel about living in medieval times. All goes well, but the author runs out of ideas and decides by chapter 100 a sudden demon invasion is a good idea. By chapter 200 he doesn't know to process and suddenly dinosaurs overrun the earth. Another hundred chapters later aliens invade the world. It is an idiotic and illogical mess full of plot holes. It starts at 3 stars, soon drops to 2 stars and then the author tries his best to make the worst possible novel ever witnessed by mankind.

Trash, for this to have 4 stars you can tell that webnovel is a trash site. Why can't I finally lose hope finding good novels on this platform?

Edit: I've also encountered chinese authors expressively saying they would like to commit genocide against every person not chinese in their novel.
