I know right? At best he should've been blindsided by Emerald and Mercury after the battle and as he was about to finish off Cinder. May even have Cinder use all her leftover energy out of desperation and break his aura before she got downed.

We were genuinely robbed in the original story. Ozpin should have died by subterfuge and because of incomplete intel but only after he wiped the floor with a half maiden Cinder.

No proper chinese hero would do a good deed that doesn't explicitly benefit him first and foremost.

Now I'm more confused because I could've sworn Silver Would sent 1600 jades. Gonna have to reread the last 2-3 chapters cause I fell dumb now.
