Intelligence is a stat related to mana in this game and not to magic atk. Maybe there will be changes to the stats after someone takes a fighting class. Right now our boy can become a war god but decided against it for some reason unless there are other requirments for changing class, like lvl.

As a person before said, It's dumb to not use your cheat after reincarnation just because you need to sacrifice 20 years of lifespan. It is known that cultivators prolong their life as they reach higher realms. At some point 20 years is no different that a blink of an eye.There is no need for any plot armor to accure.
