amazing fanfiction. based in mizukagure outskirts. time is post minato death, before 4th mizukage was killed. mc is having water control power and he is slowly leveling up. good try at character development too. i will recommend author to read "naruto: outsider's resolve" for ideas on water based power. but think of blood bending, or water armor, or heavy water (can be used in body training), and is it just water bending or liquid bending ? i have high hopes for this book. here's to 500 chapters -

its shaping up to be quite a good novel. coming from a person who reads alot of mtl ,the quality is good. the update are consistent and the story makes sense. Mc already made a change within first 4 chapters and saved yahiko from dying. there is a system but its in background and is mostly there for plot armour (system next task is impossible but gives him ten time chakra, so yea when he is about to be defeated, it will somehow happen, and thats ok) cant wait for more. also need raw name so i can read the mtl

i like it but he has a system to grow stronger which forces him to just watch the same story without making any changes, if he makes any changes then he gets no power up. he is basically a stalker/ probably babysitter later
